Ego Hugo dei patientia sancti Marie Ursicampi uocatus abbas totum que eiusdem ecclesie capitulum presentibus et futuris omnibus ad quos littere iste peruenirint in domino salutem. Ad sopienda omnium fomenta iurgiorum notum uobis facimus quod cum per annuam modiationem XX modiorum frumenti decem que modiorum auene utrumque ad mensuram Thorote in grangia Carmeie in kalendas nouembris accipiendum ab abbate et monachis beati Martini Tornacensis domum suam de Lacheni ad ius et possessionem nostram traheremus nulla fuit facta mentio uenditionis seu commutationis uinearum suarum de Landrimont quas in elemosinam eis tradiderunt Petrus et Gonherus quondam canonici Nouiomensis ecclesie. Nunquam enim ab habitatoribus loci illius aut sumptibus eorum prescripte uinee culte fuerunt nec ad predictam pertinent possessionem licet in autentico de Lacheni scripte reperiantur nichil ualete.
