FULL TEXT OF CHARTER
-CRUX- Ego Baldeuinus Tornacensis castellanus et Moritanie dominus assensum prebeo conuentioni inter ecclesiam beati Martini de Castello et Matheum de Proui de duobus boneriis terre proximis nemori de Castello sub ditione mea inter rura de Brulio iacentibus constitute hoc modo. Fratres dicte ecclesie debent nominatam terram excolere et ex proprio semine totam congruenter seminare et omnes manipulos proprio uehiculo debent in orreum suum comportare. Et postquam seges triturata fuerit medietas granorum Matheo siue eredi eius reddetur. Si uero tectura que uulgo gluis dicitur inde conficitur medietas etiam eidem Matheo siue eredi eius parcietur. Cetera uero stramina in orreo nominatorum fratrum remanebunt ad usus ipsorum. Huius autem conuentionis causa tenende census nummi unius parue monete assensu partis utriusque fixus est qui singulis annis in assumptione beate Marie ad missam Matheo siue eredi soluendus est in capella de Brulio. Si uero ille presens non fuerit nec census solutus non inde ecclesia nominata calumniam aut detrimentum patietur. Ne uero ab hac conuentione pars ulla declinet presenti scripto appentione sigilli mei cum subscriptis testibus roborato sepe dictam ecclesiam muniniui ac roboraui. Actum est hoc anno uerbi incarnati M° C° LXXXX° IX° coram scabinis et filiis ecclesie in capella de Brulio. Signum Iohannis uillici de Castello. Signum Godini. Signum Wenemari.
