Ego Theodericus dei patientia Flandrensium comes consensu uxoris męę Sibille concedente itaque Philippo filio meo terram in qua ghidhalla cum scoppis et appendiciis suis tam ligneis quam lapideis apud Sanctum Audomarum in foro sita est burgensibus eiusdem uille hereditario iure possidendam et ad omnem mercaturam tam in appendiciis quam in ghidhalla excercendam tradidi. Hanc quoque libertatem eis concessi ut siquis in ea uenerit undecumque reus fuerit in ipsa domo iudici in eum manum mittere non licebit ille autem sub cuius custodia ghidhalla tenetur ammonitus a iudice reum extra limen ghildhalle conducens nisi fideiussione se defenderit in presentia duorum scabinorum uel plurium eum iudici tradet. Iudex uero secundum quantitatem facti cum eo aget. Illud quoque addidimus quod alienus negociator nusquam nisi in predicta domo aut in appendiciis eius uel in pleno foro merces suas uendendas exponat aut uendat solis autem burgensibus in foro in ghildhalla seu magis uelint in propria domo sua uendere liceat.
