In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis patris et filii et spiritus sancti. Amen. Ego Radulphus dominus de Cosduno omnibus tam futuris quam presentibus in perpetuum. Notum fieri uolumus quod quedam causa uersabatur inter ecclesiam sancti Amandi et Radulphum militem filium Hugonis dureboise pro parte quadam decime sancti Hylarii de Cosduno que de meo feodo fuit quam Iuo abbas sancti Martini Tornacensis a fratre suo Hugone concedentibus filiis suis accepta aliquanta pecunie quantitate ecclesie acquisierat et ille libenter pro anima sua concesserat. Nam isdem Iuo aliam partem ipsius decime ad conuersionem ueniens predicte ecclesie contulerat et istam partem alteram in qua Radulphus ius clamabat fratri suo reliquerat assensu meo et filiorum meorum Hugonis et Radulphi unde factum est ut quadam die in presentia mea predictus abbas cum monachis suis et Radulphus cum patre suo et fratribus suis et amicis conuenirent ibi que Radulphus a malo incepto resipiscens tandem quicquid in partem predicte decime siue iuste siue iniuste clamabat quietum dimisit et quod inde deinceps nullam controuersiam moueret accepto sane quodam pecunie beneficio fideliter affirmauit. Philippus quoque et Anscolfus fratres eius fideliter idem concesserunt. Pater nichilominus cum reliquis filiis et filiabus suis hoc ipsum fecit. Sed et Thomas duraboisa cognatus eorum cum filiis et filiabus suis similiter concesserunt. Ut igitur istud concordie bonum coram me factum ratum permaneat atque inconuulsum sigilli nostri fecimus impressione roborari ut si quis amplius super hoc loqui temptauerit sciat se non debere audiri. Ego Radulphus Hugo et Radulphus filii mei huius rei tenende et carte confirmande testes plegii et fideiussores sumus testes dominus Iuo abbas Anselmus prior ecclesie sancte Margarete Bertrandus prior sancte Stefane singuli cum monacis suis milites Odo de Bulenuilla Wilhelmus de Ressont Odo de Carli Radulphus filius Eustacii Geruasis Valterus filius prepositi Stefanus prepositus.
