Testimonio presentium litterarum et auctoritatis mee innotescat omnibus quod homo meus Euerardus de Ruz ad petitionem Godefridi castellani de Bruxella in manus meas reddidit sexaginta bonaria de nemore quod dicitur Forest et iacet in parrochia de Senefia et ego iudicio et testimonio hominum meorum et prece castellani dedi predicta sexaginta bonaria in manus Mathei abbatis Niniuensis ecclesie libera et absoluta ab omni forestario uel alia exactione excepto quod in festo Iohannis baptiste soluet ipsa ecclesia annuatim castellano duos solidos Bruxellensis monete.
