Ego Egbertus Grimbergensis ęcclesię dictus abbas tam futuris quam presentibus. Amelricus Adam Walterus paridan filii Willelmi de Ophem quicquid pater ipsorum uel ipsi calumpnie habuerant in decima ecclesie de Niniue que iacet in Obhem et Menza in elemosinam ecclesie Niniuensi dederunt pro animabus patris et matris eorum et exfestucauerunt et fide interposita super sanctos abiurauerunt.
