FULL TEXT OF CHARTER
In nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti. Nicholaus dei gratia Cameracensis episcopus tam presentibus quam futuris in perpetuum. Debito karitatis affectu ecclesię Niniuensi compatientes quicquid in temporalibus beneficiis canonice possidet auctoritate nostra confirmare ac defensare curauimus proinde compositionem illam de Lidekerca inter abbatem Niniuensem Gerardum et abbatem Gettensem Walterum a domno Bernardo abbate Clareuallensi consilio religiosarum personarum ordinatam ratam fore consensimus. Consensit enim abbas Gettensis suscipere in partem suam altare et ecclesiam de Lewe cum omnibus appertinentiis suis uidelicet in terris decimis censu ędificiis mancipiis utriusque sexus uel si qua sunt alia et sicut fluuius tenera diuidit parrochiam de Lewe et eam de Lidekerche preter decimam unam in parrochia de Erembaldengem pertinentem ad ecclesiam de Lewe quam abbas Gettensis possidebit cum ceteris rebus eiusdem ecclesię abbate Niniuense reliqua omnia ad ecclesiam de Lidekercha pertinentia obtinente. Ut autem hoc ratum nunc et deinceps permaneat carta et sigillo et canonico testimonio confirmamus et in preuaricatores anathematis sententiam promulgamus.
