Item carta Danielis abbatis de conditione cum Rainero de Noeme ego Daniel ecclesie Camberonensis minister humilis notum facio sub assertione nostre imaginis cunctis fratribus nostris et fidelibus uniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris quod Rainerus filius Gilleberti de Noeme duo terre bonaria et dimidium que in eodem Noeme de nobis tenebat sub hac lege et conditione in eleemosinam pro mercede sua et pro absolutione nichilominus animarum patris sui et matris sue perpetuo habenda et possidenda domui nostre contulerit ut ea colamus et ex fructibus qui exinde prouenerint medietatem ei quoad uixerit annis singulis rependamus. Porro prefatam medietatem eiusdem Raineri plaustris nostris ad nos allatam in horreis nostris recondemus et ad nutum et uoluntatem ipsius teretur. Terragium nichilominus quod ipse uidelicet Rainerus in predicto Noeme XX libris acquisiuit in uita sua possidebit quod post mortem suam domus nostra perpetuo sibi uendicabit quod si aliquando idem Rainerus conuersus uel familiaris noster fieri uoluerit ingressus domus nostre gratis ei et sine ulla contradictione patebit. Si uero contigerit in seculo eum infirmari ut conuersus aut familiaris uel nolit uel non possit fieri domus nostra prout ratio expostulauerit tam de nostro quam de suo necessaria ei prouidebit. Sane ubicumque eum mori contigerit quicquid apud nos mobile siue in nummis siue in frugibus habuerit nostrum erit. Porro autem frustum unum terre et frustum aliud prati que uidelicet duo frusta bonarium dimidium efficiunt et que de nobis Elisabeth et Emma soror eius hereditarie tenentes post mortem patris sui Iohannis cum assensu matris sue Ioname reddendo nobis restituerunt pluries dicto Rainero et heredibus suis perpetuo habenda et hereditario iure possidenda contradidimus et tam ipsi quam heredibus suis warandire promisimus.
