FULL TEXT OF CHARTER
Nos G., primicerius, G., decanus totumque capitulum maioris ecclesie Uirdunensis, omnibus presentes litteras inspecturis notum facimus, quod dilecte in Christo filie Elizabeth, Dei gratia --- abbatissa totusque conuentus ecclesie sancti Mauri Uirdunensis, quicquid habebant in uilla et banno de Nierues in hominibus et omnibus aliis, que ibidem possidebant in omni iure et prouentu, laude et assensu nostro in hoc utilitatem ecclesie sue attendentes, etiam ad peticionem hominum in iamdicta uilla commorantium illustri domine Ermengardi --- comitisse Luccemburgensi et suis heredibus uendiderunt perpetualiter possidendum. In cuius rei testimonium et ne dicta uenditio per nos factam in posterum ab aliquibus ualeat reuocari, presentes litteras sigillo nostro dicte comitisse contulimus roboratas. Datum Virduni anno Domini M° CC° quadragesimo mense Februario.
