FULL TEXT OF CHARTER
Carta Petri Cameracensis electi de conditione nostre ecclesie et Sonegiensis de nemore quod uocatur Communio. Petrus diuina miseratione Cameracensis electus humilis tam presentibus quam futuris in perpetuum. Si aliqua ecclesia aduersus aliam ecclesiam controuersiam habuerit super aliquibus possessionibus et causa ipsa ecclesiastico iudicio seu amicabili compositione diffinita uel terminata fuerit formam diffinitionis aut pacis dignum est scriptis memorialibus tradere ne forte rerum preteritarum ignara posteritas incipiat super eadem re nouas lites suscitare. Ea propter tam presentium quam futurorum hominum memorie infigi uolumus quum inter fratres Camberonensis monasterii et canonicos Sonegiensis ecclesie causa uertebatur de quodam nemore quod uulgo Communio dicebatur que in nostra presentia discretis mediantibus amicis secundum subsequentem formam diffinita cessauit. Condictum enim fuit et ab utraque parte firmiter approbatum et concessum quod canonici sonegienses primo de nemore illo sex bonerios metirentur et sibi solis tanquam proprios haberent et similiter terras nouiter cultas quas uulgus sartos appellat totum uero residuum per medium diuideretur et utraque pars litigantium suam libere reciperet et possideret medietatem. Hanc ergo pacem rationabiliter initam auctoritatis nostre scripto confirmamus et ne in posterum ei quisquam obuiare presumat sigilli nostri appositione muniuimus anathematis uinculis subiiciendos esse iudicantes quicumque bonum pacis huius infringere attemptauerint. Actum anno dominice incarnationis MCLXX electionis nostre III sub his testibus Alelmo abbate de Valcellis Anselmo decano de Tungre domino Egidio et magistro Gerardo Gozuino preposito Sonegiensis ecclesie et Balduino fratre eius Nicholao de monte Razone Balduino malo clerico nobilium uero hominum domino Waltero de Lenz et Hostone de Belchi.
