In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis ego Ingorrannus dei gratia ecclesie sancte Marie sancti que Iohannis de Lauduno dictus abbas. Quoniam res geste ab hominibus tam ipsorum hominum defectu quam temporum decursu facile a memoria dilabuntur necesse est scripto mandari que a posteris non expedit ignorari. Eapropter notum facimus presentibus et futuris quod querela uersabatur inter ecclesiam nostram et ecclesiam sancti Martini Tornacensis pro cultura quadam que est ante Chantrius quam ecclesia sancti Martini possidebat. Sed ecclesia nostra eandem suam fuisse et ab ecclesia sancti Martini iniuste possideri asserebat. Tandem uero nostri et prefate ecclesie capituli assensu hoc modo in pacem conuenimus ecclesia sancti Martini dedit ecclesie nostre terram ad sementem dimidii modii Laudunensis minutam quoque decimam domus nostre de Gunhardi insula scilicet ad parrochiam de Frigidomonte pertinentem nobis in perpetuum remisit ecclesia autem nostra culturam illam pro qua querela habebatur eis quitam clamauit.
