Ego Petrus ecclesie sancte Marie Maioris Silue dei gratia dictus abbas. Notum facimus uniuersis tam futuris quam presentibus quod compositionem inter ecclesiam sancti Martini Tornacensis et ecclesiam sancti Leodegarii de Lesga a domino Galtero Laudunensi episcopo personarum que suarum consilio assensu utriusque partis factam communi assensui capituli nostri approbauimus et ratam esse uolumus. Est autem huiusmodi compositio querela erat inter predictas ecclesias super hoc quod cum ecclesia sancti Martini ecclesie sancti Leodegarii partem suam in molendino de Ollencurt iure suo habebat uidelicet duos modios et dimidium frumenti reddere uellet ecclesias sancti Leodegarii noluit eam recipere nisi ad mensuram in uilla currentem e contrario ecclesie sancti Martini dicebat se non debere nisi ad mensuram illam qua modiationem suam dare et recipere solebat. Tandem auditis utriusque partis rationibus et diligenter inquisitis a domino Galtero Laudunensi episcopo eius que consilio ne deinceps super hoc aliqua querela oriri possit utriusque ecclesie assensu facte sunt tres mensure eiusdem capacitatis ad mensuram illam qua ecclesia sancti Martini modiationem suam dare et recipere solita erat et ad eandem mensuram ecclesie sancti Leodegarii partem predictam amodo recipiet ita quod in molendino una de mensuris semper remanebit alteram ecclesia sancti Leodegarii habebit terciam ecclesia sancti Martini possidebit. Hoc autem ut ratum et inconuulsum permaneat sigilli ecclesie sancte Marie Silue Maioris impressione et testium subscriptione muniri fecimus Ricardus prior Nicholaus subprior et cetera-. Hiis etiam subiungitur quod ecclesia sancti Martini Tornacensis quicquid ubicumque tenebat de nobis nos eidem ecclesie coram prescriptis testibus saluo iure nostro perpetuo possidendum benigne concessimus. Actum anno dominice incarnationis M° C° LX° II°.
