Philippus Flandrię et Uiromandię comes omnibus ad quos litterę istę peruenerint, salutem. Nouerit uniuersitas uestra, quod pro remedio anime mee dedi et concessi in elemosinam sororibus Sancti Nicholai de Furnes decimam hallacium de Sandeshoua et Dunckercka, recipiendam eodem modo quo ecclesia Sancti Winnoci a parochianis suis eam recipit. Huius autem donationis testes fuerunt: Hubertus de Monte Sancti Martini; Gerardus de Mechinis; Balduinus cappellanus meus; Anisius canonicus Sancti Quintini. Anno Domini millesimo centesimo octuagesimo tertio.
