In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Pastoralis officii est que in presentia nostra ecclesiis conferuntur attestari. Eapropter ego Galterus dei gratia Laudunensium episcopus notum fieri uolumus tam futuris quam presentibus quod Gillebertus de Chiriaco preposituram quam habebat apud Brangicurtem et Luuriacum et quicquid ibidem tenebat de iure prepositure et insuper alodium quoddam quod est iuxta ecclesiam de Froimunt et pratum quod est iuxta pontem de Froimunt assensu Gerardi de Chirisiaco a quo ista in feodum tenebat ecclesie beati Martini Tornacensis per manum nostram in elemosinam contulit acceptis inde triginta libris Proueniensis monete. Attestamur etiam quod Anselmus agnus preposituram quam in predictis uillis et quecumque de iure prepositure habebat predicte ecclesie in presentia nostra in elemosinam concessit acceptis inde X-cem libris Proueniensis monete. Hoc laudauit Rainaudus bidena a quo feodaliter hoc tenebat acceptis inde XXX-ta solidis Gislebertus etiam de Chiriaco a quo Rainaudus preposituram in feodum tenebat prefate ecclesie eandem preposituram assensu fratrum suorum Franconis Galteri Suplicie et mariti eius Guischardi. Et Gislebertus fide firmauit se fore garannum et tutorem utriusque elemosine contra omnes inquietaciones sine expensis suis acceptis inde centum solidis.
