In nomine domini. Balduinus Hanoyensium comes tam presentibus quam futuris. Nouerint qui presens scriptum uel legunt uel audiunt quod Engelbertus de Breda et Henricus castellanus de Binz partes illas decime quas in parochiis de Lestinis et Velerella possidebant ecclesie de bona spe larga manu misericordie contulerunt in his dumtaxat terris quas ecclesia possidens proprio labore et sumptu seminauerit. Quia uero quicquid in reliquarum terrarum decimis predictus Engelbertus et Henricus sibi retinuerant ego mihi post annos aliquot acquisiui quod illi antea concesserant ego etiam postea ecclesie benigne concessi uidelicet ut in his terris quas ad presens ecclesia possidet predictas decimas libere sibi accipiat et a nullo presentium uel futurorum in hoc iure quicquam iniuriam patiatur. Quod ut notum et ratum fieret presenti pagine uoluit ecclesia commendari et cum sub signatis testibus eandem paginam apposito sigilli mei munimine confirmari. Signum Balduini filii mei.
