In nomine sancte et indiuidue Trinitatis, amen. Ego Philippus Flandrie et Uiromandie comes et Elizabeth uxor mea, notum esse uolumus tam futuris quam presentibus, quod pro animabus nostris et antecessorum nostrorum dedimus ecclesie Beati Martini Laudunensis de censu nostro aliisque iustis redditibus in castello Crespi quindecim libras, ibidem currentis monete, in elemosinam singulis annis in festo sancti Remigii persoluendas. Ut ergo hec elemosina firma et inuiolabiliter perpetuo perseueret, presenti eam pagine commendari et sigillorum nostrorum impressione et testium astipulatione roborari fecimus.
